A whisper of light stole through the vague crack in the curtains where they had been hastily pulled across the night before. A gentle rustle of wind picked up outside, after a night of heavy gales. Not a sound was to be heard in the bedroom of Charlie Jones, bar a soft breathing that echoed through the room. He shifted slightly, oblivious to the disturbance he created, and rolled over, content to dream of a long lost figure, never quite seeing her face amongst the haze of his imagination. He shifted again with slight unease, as if he could foresee the future, and faced the wall &
ABC.: Chapter SixJulie blinked before she felt blinding pain. Colliding with a shelf; she screamed. She stood on a table, avoiding the shards of glass that were flying everywhere. She took in the scene: acid pouring everywhere, Julie’s helplessness, and her thirst being quenched. She stood there, aghast, as Julie’s hair had vanished. Layers upon layers of flesh were slowly peeling off one by one. Flake by flake. Blood dribbling down to stain her top even more, acid still seeping into her pores. The other continued to watch from her place on the table – unable to tear her eyes away. Julie flew a glass vial as the liquid dripped casually into herABC.: Chapter Six
ABC.: Chapter FiveJulie looked between her fingers at her, before moving, so she was standing about three feet away. She watched Julie, fingers itching to wring her scrawny little neck. Yet she had to know the circumstances. Moving one foot to the left, she noticed that Julie did the same. Soon they were circling each other like vultures.
